About the Role

Volex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plans and strategies based on market forecasts, sales data, and production volumes.
  • Leverage customer demand and plant production capacity to optimize production plans.
  • Manage plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis, ensuring effective purchasing plans via MRP processes.
  • Develop annual budgets related to long-term planning, purchasing planning, and inventory planning.
  • Oversee project transfers associated with material activities.
  • Supervise the Planning function and assist the Planning Manager in accomplishing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • College or above degree (大学或大学以上)
  • Minimum of 6 years of MPS experience
  • CET 4
  • Project management skills
  • Strong sense of accountability
