Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Trade Activation Manager to join our team in Hangzhou. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth by defining aesthetic area marketing strategy regionally, planning and tracking the strategy execution and tactics from consumer behavior, consumer insights, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual calendars aligned with sales departments to ensure effective field sales needs and sell-out initiatives.
- Support regional sales managers in developing promotion strategies and plans to engage stakeholders, including CEOs, purchasing teams, COOs, HCPs, consultants, and end-users.
- Establish strong business communication between sales and marketing teams, initiate monthly sales meetings, review sales KPIs, improve product effectiveness, and develop evaluation methodologies for trade-marketing events.
- Track and analyze regional programs to optimize returns on investment, allocate budgets effectively for trade promotional plans, and maximize returns.
- Design and implement regional marketing programs based on central marketing strategies, develop tailored initiatives for various stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, consultants, doctors), focus on HCPBC training, CEO/COO forums, in-clinic patient events, and select target customers for training.
- Collaborate with central marketing brand teams and trade strategy managers to roll out new product launch plans.
- Identify and develop National & local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University degree in a business-related subject.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing functions at FMCG, pharmaceutical, and aesthetic industries, preferably with sales management experience.
- Proven ability to plan and execute trade marketing events based on consumer insights.
- Deep understanding of customer/HCP/consumer studies, regulatory and legal requirements in China, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of aesthetic industry operations and relevant knowledge of sales management.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel/PPT and presentation skills.
- Strong command of the English language.

What We Offer
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
