Service Role Overview

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance on new machine installations, startup, and commissioning services, as well as conducting on-site maintenance training for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical assistance for new machine installations, including startup and commissioning services.
  2. Offer a variety of air compressor repair, maintenance, and service work, including annual maintenance, fault diagnosis, and emergency repair services to ensure smooth operation.
  3. Document service work records, fault diagnosis reports, and annual service reports.
  4. Collect and provide client feedback on equipment performance and suggest optimized maintenance strategies to ensure stable operation.
  5. Conduct energy-saving optimization analyses using air flow measurement and calculation techniques.
  6. Participate in service engineer skill assessments and engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and maintenance expertise.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in air compressor or related equipment service, with a preference for those with factory experience in large equipment maintenance and sales after-service workers.
  3. Excellent manual operation skills and the ability to handle on-site faults independently.
  4. Strong communication and expression skills.
  5. A positive work attitude and high execution efficiency.
