Job Summary

Fortrea Pharmaceutical Research & Development (Beijing) Co Ltd Shanghai Branch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site initiation and monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of study data and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Collaborate with study site staff to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the study.
  • Provide training and support to study site staff as needed.
  • Ensure that all study-related activities are conducted in accordance with Fortrea's quality management system and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
  • Basic understanding of the clinical trial process.
