Job Title: IT Engineer IV

Are you passionate about driving innovation and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients? Do you have a strong background in IT system design and implementation? We're seeking an experienced IT Engineer IV to join our team at Novo Nordisk.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement high-stability IT systems to support continuous production.
  2. Take the first line of incident handling to ensure quick and efficient response with LoB.
  3. Standardize incident handling and issue-solving processes for efficient service delivery.
  4. Monitor and visualize IT system delivery trends, ensuring continuous improvement through systematic problem-solving.
  5. Collaborate with LoB to proactively identify requirements and utilize resources to initiate improvement activities.
  6. Build and maintain a super user network for IT systems through training, sharing, and workshops locally and globally.
  7. Define clear IT system R&R, build, and maintain strong IT technical competency to meet business requirements.
  8. Improve production OEE through the application of new tech and digitalization in IT systems.
  9. Engage in global collaboration and sharing activities for best practice communication.
  10. Participate in projects in early phases to ensure IT system design and solution meet requirements of high availability and compliance.
  11. Manage the lifecycle risk of global and local systems to ensure high availability and compliance.
  12. Continuously identify optimization opportunities and initiate digital innovation improvement initiatives.
  13. Manage third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive training and qualifications before providing services.
  14. Collaborate with the global team to manage and roll-out global systems locally, including necessary activities such as deployment, upgrades, validation, and training.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
  2. SAP or MES relevant certification.
  3. MCSE, PMP, GAMP5, ITIL certification.
  4. 3 or more years of background in SAP and/or MES and/or ESC system development, maintenance, and management.
  5. 2 or more years of experience in manufacture IT system deployment or support.
  6. 1 or more years of experience in computer system validation, IT compliance, and system development life cycle.
  7. Good knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL and COBIT, and practical experience in process design such as incident, change, and problem.
  8. Good communication and documentation skills, self-initiative, and independence.
  9. Good managerial skills and ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  10. Good problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
