About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our consulting track, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients by leveraging your analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop problem-solving frameworks to deliver insightful solutions to client business problems;
- Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive actionable insights and inform client decision-making;
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software;
- Synthesize and communicate results effectively to clients and ZS teams;
- Collaborate with clients and ZS teams to implement solutions;
- Take ownership of project deliverables and drive problem-solving;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline; strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework required;
- Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience (if applicable), preferably gathering and analyzing qualitative or quantitative data;
- High fluency in English communication (both verbal and written);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Coding and big data analytics proficiency highly preferred;
- Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence;
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset;
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;
- Aptitude for working in teams;
