Immersive English Educator for Early Childhood

**China Global Connections** is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten English Teacher to join our international kindergarten team in Chengdu.

We are committed to providing a high-quality English language learning environment for children aged 3-6. As an Immersive English Educator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering instruction while maintaining a well-structured and engaging classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Learning
  • Design and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Lead interactive and immersive English language classes
• Classroom Management
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage active participation and engagement from students
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work effectively with teaching assistants and colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Communicate progress and concerns with parents and school administrators

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in any subject, with early childhood education or related majors preferred
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (over 120 hours) or a recognized teaching license
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a second language setting in kindergarten/primary school
• Effective English communication skills
• Prior experience in English teaching
• A genuine passion for children's education

We provide a competitive salary package, including:

• A monthly salary range of **22,000 - 25,000 RMB**, depending on experience and qualifications
• A monthly housing allowance of up to **3,600 RMB**
