Lead Host - Front Office

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department, aligning with Hyatt Corporation's strategic objectives while fulfilling the expectations of employees, guests, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the guest service division, operating as an independent profit center, and maximizing guest satisfaction through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of the Concierge services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to implement strategies that enhance service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of guest service.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the guest services sector is required. Holding the 'Clefs d'Or' designation is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication are essential for success in this role.
