Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with the implementation of new procedures and policies
  • Contribute to the development of the Front Office team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel
  • Well-developed communication and customer relations skills
