">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop individual Key Account strategies, yearly action plans, and revenue targets in alignment with internal stakeholders in Sales and Operations.">
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for TR's services and products.">
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to TR's product/service strategies.">
- Initiate the development of new services/solutions for customer needs with TÜV Rheinland capabilities.">
- Responsible for setting up and implementing customer-specific workflows when required.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or a related area.">
- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate), further languages welcome but not required.">
- User knowledge in MS Office.">
- Hands-on mentality, strong consultative/solution selling and negotiation skills.">
- Visionary and strong communicator, pronounced interpersonal skills.">
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.">
