Job Title: Medical Representative - New Product Specialist

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies, managing customer relationships, organizing academic visits, and providing accurate product information. They will also participate in business projects, support cross-functional teams, and provide feedback on business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute company business strategies and develop effective plans to achieve sales goals;
• Manage customer relationships, organize academic visits, and ensure accurate product information delivery;
• Organize independent academic meetings, ensuring compliance with company processes;
• Participate in and support various business projects, ensuring project implementation;
• Support internal, cross-functional, and cross-product line collaboration;
• Provide accurate business information feedback and support daily operations data updates;
• Attend necessary business training, product knowledge training, and compliance training, completing required professional competency assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a medical-related field;
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
• Highly honest and proactive individual with excellent business acumen;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, influencing abilities;
• Able to establish and maintain good relationships with medical experts;
• Good innovation and development capabilities;
• Able to self-motivate, willing to take on challenging tasks under pressure;
• Effective public speaking skills and coordination/organization abilities.
