Key Responsibilities

1. Design, optimize, and implement electrical systems for our products.

2. Supervise and manage electrical safety and energy saving initiatives.

3. Develop and implement electrical business standards and processes.

4. Manage and assess electrical team members.

5. Provide internal training and consulting on electrical related business.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering.

2. At least 5 years of electrical work experience, with 3 years of management experience.

3. Knowledge of explosion-proof systems and motor selection.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
