EHSS Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EHSS Specialist to join our team at Abbott. As an EHSS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Abbott Global Occupational Health Policies and Procedures and all local statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with Abbott Global Occupational Health Policies and Procedures and all local statutory requirements.
2. Recommend corrective action where environmental and health hazards exist.
3. Provide consultation in the matters of occupational health and interface with site management team in the areas of EHS excellence.
4. Maintains health related records and ensure its update from time to time.
5. Support the investigation and remedial actions associated with employee, related environment, health and safety incidents and accidents.
6. Maintain seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders like HR, tie-up Hospitals.
7. Lead site ergonomic program and follow up the improvement.
8. Lead site well-being activities.
9. Be responsible for the site environmental monitoring and waste management.
10. Be responsible for the biosafety management.
11. Be responsible for the PPE assessment and management.
12. Other assignment from line manager.

Qualifications:

• At least graduates of college.
• Above 1 years of site health management experience.
• Good commend of computer.
• Good English communication skill.
• Be familiar with occupational health surveillance and medical reports management.
• Be familiar with occupational health hazards monitoring and protective measures.
• Strong responsibility sense, and good understanding on new knowledge.
• Good teamwork spirit.
