About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our SaaS CRM product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute functional testing on our web, Enterprise WeChat, and iOS applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure timely product delivery
  • Develop test plans, test cases, test data, and other testing materials
  • Analyze defects, allocate resources, and verify outcomes
  • Automate new features for improved regression coverage and analyze automation results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and approaches in the Enterprise software industry
  • Experience writing test cases that cover sanity and in-depth testing
  • Familiarity with automation testing and at least one programming language, preferably Python
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Good knowledge of Linux and script programming
  • Good knowledge of Web services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
