About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Engineering Design Manager to join our team at Eram Talent. As a key member of our FM Design team, you will play a critical role in reviewing designs from facility management perspectives, covering all stages of design packages.

With a strong background in Landscape Engineering and extensive experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects, you will be responsible for leading FM design reviews, implementing them through execution and operation phases. Your expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple design-related tasks simultaneously will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FM design reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards for large-scale regional and urban developments.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design-related tasks, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective design management strategies, leveraging your expertise in FM requirements and design principles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, presenting design reviews and recommendations with confidence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards, ensuring our designs meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc in Landscape Engineering with relevant experience in Facility Management for large and mixed-use developments.
  • Professional registration and accreditation with applicable institute(s) and certification(s).
