Biology Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Biology Teacher to join our team at an international High school in Chengdu's High-Tech Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach A-level science subjects, with a focus on biology
  • Develop and implement weekly teaching plans, providing summaries of previous week's activities
  • Prepare thorough lesson plans and correct homework assignments promptly
  • Act as an academic tutor for a designated group of students
  • Participate in invigilation, extracurricular activities, and weekend events as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related subject
  • Excellent communication skills with 16-18 year old students
  • Fluent English language skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in teaching mathematics
  • Familiarity with British A-level curriculum
