Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing professional QS services before and after contract signing. You will work closely with project directors to supervise junior staff and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow
• Prepare tender documents
• Conduct tender and evaluation work
• Post-contract management: contract file progress payment valuation, variation estimate, and cost control report
• Complete final project settlement
• Assist project directors in managing and guiding junior quantity surveyors
• Participate in other related work, such as procurement management, feasibility studies, and value management

• Familiarity with measurement and cost estimation, contract, and legal technical knowledge
• Understanding and expertise in professional conventions and contract management procedures
• Ability to independently handle 2-3 large projects as a senior quantity surveyor
• Ability to supervise junior staff and demonstrate leadership skills
• Strong team collaboration spirit
• Clear communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and management ability
• Recognized degree in civil engineering, construction, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience (6 years for diploma holders)
• Professional qualification (RICS, HKIS, or equivalent) is preferred
