Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead our real estate and operations teams in Shanghai. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including utilities, administration, security, maintenance, and waste management. Your expertise will help us optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site facilities team to ensure daily facilities service
  • Ensure utilities supplying meeting technical requirement
  • Ensure administration service meeting specification
  • Ensure security service according to site security concept
  • Manage the daily maintenance/modification activities following regulations
  • Ensure daily waste management following regulations
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or facilities/real estate management
  • At least 15 years of experience in facilities/real estate management, including 8 years as a department head in a sizable foreign-owned manufacturing enterprise
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and government organization structures
