Luxury Sales Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team at BRIONI (SHANGHAI) TRADING LTD. As a key ambassador of the Brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term, full-time position that requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. You will be expected to contribute to the teamwork by achieving the goals set by the Store Manager, create and develop positive relationships with customers, and effectively utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Create and develop positive relationships with customers
• Effectively utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
• Gather information about market trends, events, competitors' activities, and products
• Interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company
• Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position
• Fluent English language skills, with a second language being a plus
• The ability to work extended periods on the sales floor
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday season
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a multicultural context

• A self-development attitude and sense of ownership
