Digitalisation Expert

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a Digitalisation Expert to join Airbus Commercial Aircraft / HuaOu Training Company in Beijing, as part of the Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department's transformation efforts and delivering digitalisation projects within the Flight Training Department.

The role involves working closely with the team to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance the training experience for airline pilots. This includes the development of EBT administrative support tools, optimising the management of training performance data, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

As a key member of the team, you will be required to travel occasionally for business purposes within China.

• Digitalisation of trainee and instructor files in accordance with local regulations
• Development and implementation of EBT administrative support tools
• Management of access to documentation for instructors
• Optimisation of training performance data management

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A degree-level education in Civil Aviation engineering or related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in airline operations or flight training
• Advanced/negotiation level of English language skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively
