As an Academic Leader in Education Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of education at XJTLU. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of educators and researchers to develop and implement new educational programs and initiatives that promote innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
We are seeking an experienced academic leader who has a strong track record of innovation and leadership in education. You should have a PhD in a relevant field and significant experience in curriculum development, teaching, and research. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new educational programs and initiatives, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and assessment strategies. You will also be expected to teach courses in your area of expertise and supervise graduate students. In addition, you will contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures, and participate in faculty governance and decision-making.
