About the Location:

Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is situated in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Northern China, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Our hotel features six distinctive restaurants and bars, serving a range of Chinese, Western, and Japanese culinary styles.

We are seeking a talented Banquet Chef to join our team, who shares our passion for excellence and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service. As a Banquet Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the running of the kitchen, ensuring that all guest contact culinary employees provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet in accordance with the hotel's standards and financial goals.
• Ensure that all guest contact culinary employees provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensure that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
• Two to three years in manager position.
• Working knowledge of division operations.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Mandarin is required.
