About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Real Estate Manager, overseeing the operation and maintenance of our buildings and exterior surfaces. You will be responsible for coordinating security on site and managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects involving buildings, technical installations, or external areas.
  • Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans for our properties.
  • Prepare and present forecasts for future maintenance and construction projects.
  • Ensure that budgets, quality, and schedules are met for all real estate activities.
  • Prepare tender specifications for architects, designers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Lead the guard team and services.
  • Conduct surveys and feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts for externally rented premises.
  • Develop strategies to reduce energy and water consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in real estate projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in project management.
  • Proven track record of working independently as a Real Estate Manager for industrial projects.
  • Documented experience in projects with high demands on work environment and safety.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
