Job Summary

We are seeking a Protection Specialist to join our team at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring the incumbent to provide excellent service to our guests while ensuring their safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times
  • Protect company assets from theft, assault, fire, and other risks
  • Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RAPPORT WITH HOTEL GUESTS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal experience as a Security Officer with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
  • A valid Security Personnel Permit
  • A first-aid certificate and fire fighting certificate (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
