Job Responsibilities
- Teach chemistry to secondary school students using the IGCSE and A-Level framework to create engaging and enriching learning experiences
- Prepare lessons and lectures, develop tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the school's curriculum
- Achieve and monitor students' progress, providing targets for success and improvement
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or a related subject
- Teaching certificate
- At least two years of teaching experience in chemistry in higher education
- Good understanding of teaching in a British context
