Job Title: Western Banquet Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western Banquet Sous Chef to join our team at Shangri-La. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in our banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in international brand five-star hotels.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills.
  • Strong commitment and good management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety policies.
  • Basic English communication skills.
