What We're Looking For:

A highly skilled Process Engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field. You'll be responsible for ensuring lab and experiment activities comply with ESH policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate process safety and environment issues, and implement solutions to reduce risk.
  • Conduct beaker tests to verify BOM, process, and QC specifications.
  • Develop and maintain BOM masters for new products and revise existing production processes.
  • Assist in evaluating new raw materials through lab trial runs.
  • Apply Lean and 6 Sigma principles to analyze and improve process capability.
  • Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a chemical background.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
