Production Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the production process is carried out efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of quality. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The Production Specialist will be expected to:

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Axalta's safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets while minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
