As a Hardware Sales Representative at Oracle, you will be part of an account team responsible for identifying, qualifying, and delivering Hardware products and solutions. Your goal will be to drive goal attainment in your assigned territory by working closely with the sales team and partners to support account sales and business development strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the sales team to identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
  • Developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their unique business realities and develop strategies to enhance Oracle's share of the market.
  • Utilizing strong business acumen and consultative selling skills to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.

Requirements include:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with hunting experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision makers.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a customer-centric approach.
