Job DescriptionThis 18-month custom and immersive Management Development Program is designed to cultivate future leaders of Aman Group. The program journey begins with a one-month period of immersion across all areas such as operations, finance, HR, and sales. Participants will gain an insight into various aspects of the business and choose a specific division to specialize in, either Rooms or Food & Beverage.
Participants will progressively assume increased responsibilities, refine their expertise, and accelerate their growth. They will have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting projects and fine-tune their business acumen. This program provides a unique chance for talented individuals to develop their skills and become part of Aman Group's rapidly expanding brand.
Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
- Possess at least one year prior work or internship experience in a hospitality setting.
- Eligibility to work in the destination.
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Mandarin.
A competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus benefits, including relocation assistance and professional development opportunities. Successful applicants will also possess strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
About the LocationThe 2024 candidate has the opportunity to join our Amanfayun property in Hangzhou, China to undertake their 18-month program. The start dates are flexible to accommodate the candidate/the Property but likely to be starting in September 2024.
