Job Description

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities. Develop a product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Product Release Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases. Create product briefs and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and pain points. Capture feedback and collaborate with the team to develop solutions that meet market needs.
  • Agile Project Management: Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospective for a cross-functional team. Monitor progress and provide solutions to development team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Four years of experience in product management is necessary.
  • Skill Set: Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements. Ability to translate complex problems into easily understandable descriptions.
