Job Title: Clinical Research Associate I

About the Role:

Parexel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate I to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate I, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from site identification to close-out, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with investigators and site staff to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Conduct site qualification and initiation visits, and manage site-level data in clinical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable international and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in clinical trial management, including site management, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical trials.
  • Provide input and feedback for Performance Development Conversations.
  • Proactively keep manager informed about work progress and any issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant work experience preferred.
  • Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and MS-Office products.
  • Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with limited need for oversight.
  • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
