Customer Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Development Manager, focusing on wealth acquisition in China.
About the RoleIn this role, you will assist the Division Manager in leading a customer development team, managing sales performance, training and coaching, and operational risk control. You will closely monitor the quality of sales and services provided by team members, ensuring strict adherence to sales processes and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Assist Division Manager in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control.
- Closely monitor sales and services quality provided by team members.
- Evaluate fair outcomes for customers in all situations.
- Manage and motivate a team of mobile sales staff to expand HSBC's new-to-wealth acquisition.
- Strive to develop new relationships outside HSBC to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Proven ability in mobile sales.
- Current product/market knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Managerial experience with at least 3 years' experience in supervisory roles of sales functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivation skills.
- Strong sales and organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and result-driven performance under pressure.
- Good spoken and written English language proficiency.
Estimated Salary: 400,000 - 600,000 CNY per annum (approximately $55,000 - $82,000 USD).
