Aortic stenosis is a condition that affects millions around the world, often remaining undiagnosed and inadequately treated. Edwards has been at the forefront of transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR), providing a revolutionary option for patients that eliminates the need for open-heart surgery.

Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) division collaborates closely with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care through evidence-based devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth education on device features, handling, implantation, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Develop and refine training materials and resources informed by clinical trial findings.
  • Instruct physicians and hospital personnel on the technical details of investigational products through customized training sessions.
  • Provide essential follow-up support during procedures to ensure ongoing education and technical guidance.
  • Formulate growth strategies within designated accounts and work in tandem with Business Managers to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Evaluate software and hardware updates in real-world settings.
  • Achieve mastery of product knowledge and market trends to effectively support clinical operations.
  • Stay informed about market developments and maintain regular engagement with assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices or clinical environments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in training within clinical or technical environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Adherence to company protocols and commitment to safety measures to mitigate risks and environmental hazards.
