About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Ningbo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the structural design of power electronic products, including die castings, sheet metal parts, and plastic parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power electronic products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product vibration reliability and thermal reliability.
- Develop and maintain development documents, including product design reports and tolerance analysis reports.
- Conduct research on forward-looking topics related to structures and train new structural engineers.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in OBC or power structure development, with a focus on aluminum die-casting structures and water-cooled heat dissipation system design.
- Proficient in using CATIA, ISO drawing annotation rules, tolerance analysis, experimental design, and design failure mode analysis.
- Team management experience is preferred.
