Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop hydraulic systems for power stations and valve blocks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and calculations.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hydraulic system design, and apply this knowledge to improve our designs.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth transition of designs into production.
  • Support and lead standardization design tasks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or Hydraulic background preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic system design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Creo design software.
  • Basic English language skills (read, write, and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, continuous self-learning oriented, hardworking, and team-oriented individual.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
