Procurement Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Director of Procurement to join our Access Network Solutions business in China.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will report to our Vice President of Procurement and be responsible for driving initiatives, aligning policies and procedures, and working with functional support organizations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with suppliers to drive cost savings and efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic objectives
• Develop and implement category management strategies to improve existing prices and service levels
• Conduct Requests for Quotes (Tenders) to ensure best value for the company
• Lead the Category Management team to deliver benefits such as price reduction, rebate, cost avoidance, and value add

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of procurement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, global, collaborative environment
