Job Summary

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing AR operations, ensuring timely clearing, VAT Fapiao issuance, and supporting statutory accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute timely AR clearing by monitoring daily inbound cash and analyzing SAP AR balance.
  • Execute month-end closing tasks and follow up on aging AR items and unknown payments with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain summary reports for AR collection and AR Aging report.
  • Issue VAT Fapiao according to SAP billing via semi-automatic systems and maintain customer VAT information.
  • Prepare VAT Fapiao issuance summary and maintain T-suite (semi-automatic Fapiao systems) with support from external vendors.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on billing correction, Fapiao reissuance, and other related tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and update work instructions.
  • Collect data and prepare monthly Statistics Report.
  • Assist in preparation of supporting documentation for statutory audit compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' accounting working experience in MNC or equivalent working experience in Big 4 firms.
  • Understanding of financial accounting processes and experience with automation of reporting processes in a SAP environment.
  • Good data analytical skills, good communication skills, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with cross-team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of applicable accounting rules in relation to US GAAP/IFRS/Local GAAP and related processes, CICPA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of China VAT regulations/Fapiao process and fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
