Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in China. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment malfunctions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in engineering operations.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion, maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Hold a University degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Possess practical knowledge of Carrier's programs and systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage them in daily work.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 150,000 - RMB 200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
