3. Preventive Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Focus on critical equipment to reduce unexpected failures.

4. Operator Training: Provide guidance and training to equipment operators, ensuring they are proficient in operating machinery and performing basic maintenance tasks.

5. Failure Analysis: Analyze equipment failures, compile data on Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

6. Safety Compliance: Oversee safety protocols for maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

7. 5S and TPM Experience: Apply knowledge of 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.

8. Additional Responsibilities: Complete any other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 5-8 years in equipment maintenance or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel. Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess and resolve equipment issues effectively.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration under pressure.

Software Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing.
