Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Physics Software Architect to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software for our CT acquisition and reconstruction systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software for CT acquisition and reconstruction systems, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software architecture and design.
- Lead the development of software tools and simulators for CT physics and algorithm development.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of software features.
- Guide and review technical solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are of high quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and medical imaging.
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Computer Science or related technical degree, or equivalent professional software engineering experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in professional software engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Experience in full life-cycle software development, including design controls and FDA Quality System Regulations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#.NET, C, and scripting languages.
- Experience in software development for medical devices, including CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CUDA programming and parallel programming.
- Object-Oriented Design and Development: Ability to design and develop software using object-oriented principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
