Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software for CT acquisition and reconstruction systems, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software architecture and design.
  • Lead the development of software tools and simulators for CT physics and algorithm development.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of software features.
  • Guide and review technical solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are of high quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and medical imaging.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Computer Science or related technical degree, or equivalent professional software engineering experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in professional software engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in full life-cycle software development, including design controls and FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#.NET, C, and scripting languages.
  • Experience in software development for medical devices, including CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CUDA programming and parallel programming.
  • Object-Oriented Design and Development: Ability to design and develop software using object-oriented principles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
