Flavor Compounder

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flavor Compounder to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging materials, operating equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package materials according to production schedules and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including packaging and blending machines.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Work Environment

This position is located in ZJG, Jiangsu, and requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and equipment.
