Senior C++ Server Developer

We are seeking an experienced C++ server developer to join our Zoom Phone team, working alongside senior backend engineers to tackle the challenges of handling massive data and high concurrency access. Together, we will overcome technical difficulties in system performance, scalability, reliability, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and optimize the Zoom Phone service server distributed cluster to ensure high performance, high reliability, and high scalability.
2. Resolve technical issues during the development process, provide support, and assist in handling customer problems.
3. Be responsible for system performance optimization, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving to ensure the system runs stably and continuously improves system performance and stability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and testing, to quickly respond to changing demands and drive project progress and delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, computer science, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
2. Familiarity with Linux platform-related C++ development, debugging, and multi-threaded programming.
3. Familiarity with SIP/RTP/RTCP protocols, Freeswitch, and Opensips is a plus.
4. Strong learning ability, enthusiasm for technology, and a willingness to research and contribute to GitHub or maintain a personal technical blog.
5. Good English skills, able to read and write English documents independently.
6. Good product awareness, focusing on user experience, and striving for product excellence.
7. Good communication skills, execution ability, and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude, clear thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
