About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrity Engineer to join our team at SBM Offshore.

Job Summary

The Integrity Engineer will be responsible for managing the integrity of our offshore assets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Pressure Vessel and Piping Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) scope deliverables with the Asset Operability Engineer.
  • Establish strong relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of RBI scope.
  • Supervise the Offshore Integrity Engineer assigned to the yard and ensure that all RBI outputs are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare and manage the RBI software implementation and related documentation.
  • Verify and approve RBI outputs against all relevant specifications and procedures.
  • Coordinate the RBI plan implementation for the new project.
  • Ensure that all EPCI documentation required to set up the Integrity Solution/RBI is available and of the required quality.
  • Support the RBI Lead Engineer in issuing regular reporting and progress tracking.
  • Act as the focal point for the RBI scope development for the new project.
  • Supervise the Offshore Inspection Engineer and ensure that all site inspections are conducted in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • 10 years of practical experience in managing integrity programs for operating upstream Oil and Gas assets.
  • Strong knowledge of RBI methodology and pressure systems integrity management as applied to the upstream Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of damage mechanisms experienced by the offshore Oil and Gas industry.
  • Good knowledge of the International Standards applying to Piping and Pressure Vessel regulations.
  • Conversant with HAZOPs, BOW TIEs, and Performance Standards.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet commitments.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
