**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at BSI as a Sustainability Delivery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global organization in the field of sustainability and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and deliver the following services, including but not limited to:

• ESG training and ESG report verification;

• Training on SBTi, EcoVadis, CDP, and other relevant frameworks;

• Training and verification on greenhouse gas accounting based on ISO 14064:2018 and ISO 14067:2018;

• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) training and verification;

• Training and verification on CBAM, ISO 14068, and other relevant products;

• Verification and validation of CDM, VCS, and CCER emission reductions;

• Delivering training services to meet contract requirements;

• Other sustainable development services.

2. Participate in the development and delivery of new products:

• Researching and developing ESG disclosure standards, guidelines, and trends;

• Conducting research on ESG rating methodologies and supply chain ESG management;

• Developing and delivering training and verification products on climate change-related standards and initiatives;

• Collecting and analyzing information from various sources and producing regular reports;

• Researching and tracking sustainable development policies in China and the EU and producing effective research outcomes.

3. Provide technical support:

• Supporting sales teams in providing feasible sustainable development solutions to clients, including but not limited to training and certification, and combinations thereof;

• Supporting sustainable development market activities, including but not limited to keynote speeches, public number videos, news article writing, product promotion, and conference content support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client development and communication, with a strong understanding of client needs and excellent communication skills;

• Familiarity with main jurisdictions' ESG policies, international and domestic disclosure standards/reports, and mainstream ESG rating methodologies, with experience in leading ESG/CSR report writing or verification;

• Familiarity with ISO 14064, 14067, 14040, 14044, or national greenhouse gas accounting standards and experience in relevant projects;

• Understanding of the operation principles of emission reduction mechanisms and the ability to acquire certification and verification skills for specific industries;

• 3-10 years of experience in sustainable development, CSR, environment, low-carbon, or energy conservation.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;

• Relevant majors, such as climate economics, environmental engineering, environmental science, chemical engineering, or international studies.

Other Requirements:

• Team spirit, with the ability to handle multiple pressures and complete tasks;

• Research spirit, with the ability to conduct effective research in unknown fields;

• No specific work location restrictions, with a preference for Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and surrounding areas, and a willingness to complete company assignments.
