Job Scope

This position encompasses production activities related to the 'effectiveness, efficiency, and benefits' of 'product performance and process efficiency'. The job responsibilities include assigned production tasks within designated areas or teams, which involve: cleaning, reagent filling, product packaging, and label printing.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee one or more areas of production work, ensuring compliance with production process control standards;

2. Conduct necessary preparations and cleaning tasks before and after production as per established requirements, while fulfilling the 5S standards for the shift;

3. Accurately complete cleaning records, batch records, and other daily execution and management documentation as required;

4. Operate filling and packaging equipment correctly as per guidelines, maintaining a high first-pass yield;

5. Perform appropriate maintenance on designated filling and packaging equipment, completing all tasks outlined in the shift's TPM records to minimize equipment failures;

6. Train and lead other personnel on the production line, managing the filling and packaging processes, controlling critical points, and maintaining standard work hours;

7. Promptly report and address any issues that arise during the production process;

8. Print and verify labels for product batch numbers and expiration dates according to product specifications, while managing consumable inventory;

9. Complete additional tasks assigned by the production supervisor.

Skills Requirements

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience for junior high school graduates; 3 years of experience in related industries for high school or vocational school graduates; at least 1 year of experience for college graduates in mechanical, electronic, or other engineering disciplines is preferred;

2. Strong numerical and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately comprehend document content;

3. Familiarity with cleanroom requirements;

4. Proactive work attitude, team-oriented spirit, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

5. Ability to adapt to shift work.
