Upgrade and Relocation Specialist

Job Summary

ASML is seeking a skilled Upgrade and Relocation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and relocating ASML DUV systems at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade equipment at customer locations, including new features, unloading components, inspecting for damage, assembling, aligning, and testing.
• Analyze the applicability, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications.
• Recommend design changes or substitutions of materials when appropriate.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems, making appropriate repairs, and working with coworkers, customers, and field support to isolate and solve issues.
• Handle installation and relocation escalations, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative and coordination duties, including submitting reports, maintaining logs, and coordinating with teams.
• Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, with a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, and relevant software.
• 1-3 years of experience in field support or equipment-related roles in a clean room or semi-industry environment.
• Flexibility to travel when needed and ability to work overtime and shifts.
• Ability to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room.
• Sufficient oral and written English language proficiency.
