Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and effective Physics lesson plans, ensuring successful completion of teaching tasks according to established routines.
• Maintain high-quality and quantity of teaching work, consistently improving teaching results while adhering to regular school requirements.
• Carefully correct and provide timely feedback on student homework, addressing questions and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Deliver accurate grading, evaluation, and summarization of stage exams, mid-term exams, and final exams, maintaining accurate records and educational administration system login work.
• Participate in weekly teaching and research activities, enhancing teaching standards through listening to lectures, lecturing, and evaluating lessons as per school requirements.
• Edit and submit teaching plans on time, offering constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality.
• Regularly communicate essential information with students, parents, and colleagues based on individual circumstances and needs.
• Earnestly complete relevant student activities, moral education exchange events, and publicity activities related to education and teaching.
• Adhere to assignments from superior leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics or related fields; preference given to candidates with overseas study experience.
• Candidates holding high school teacher qualification certificates will be given priority.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
