R&D Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist to join our team at H.B. Fuller, a leading global adhesives company. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and developing new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new adhesives and formulations to meet market demands and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and sourcing, to drive R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct experiments and testing to improve product performance and reduce costs.
- Support scale-up production and pilot trials, ensuring seamless transition to manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively with internal technical teams, including China, global, and regional R&D teams.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and provide technical support to supply chain, operations, and quality departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance.
- Master's degree or above in organic chemistry, polymer science, or related chemistry specialty.
- Strong R&D background in adhesives, chemicals, or polymers, with 3 years' experience or above in a related industry (e.g., tapes, labels, medical, or healthcare).
- Fluent English language skills, with preference for multinational enterprise or overseas study experience.
- Understanding of chemistry-related laws and regulations.
