Career Opportunities
- We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Controller to drive the mid-term planning process for our Functions and Regions.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with high-level autonomy and responsibility.
- You will provide forecasts on the group/regional financial performance, ensure the quality of information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent is required, along with minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Drive Mid-Term Planning:
- Develop cost, revenue, and CAPEX plans for Functions and Regions.
- Support cost management and control within targets set by the Board.
Support Functions and Regions:
- Understand development and provide analyses on KPI and deviations.
- Ensure new functional structure setup or redesign is carried out as planned.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis with group or regional role.
- Solid conceptual and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, team player, able to work with high level of autonomy and strong sense of responsibility.
About This Role
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
